开展和推进高校就业指导工作,树立学生正确的职业理想和职业观念,帮助学生在激烈的竞争中进行合理的职业选择已成为高校整体工作重中之重。针对高校目前就业指导的现状和存在的问题进行分析,结合工作实践,思考并探讨了新形势下进一步推动就业指导工作的对策。

Developing and promoting college students＇ employment guidance work,setting up the right career ideal and professional concept,helping students make a reasonable career choice in the fierce competition have become the most prior work in the university.
