摘要
建立了带式输送机动力学模型,给出了精确的驱动装置的输入特性,对大型带式输送机的起动过程进行研究,并通过实测验证了数值仿真结果的正确性,得出交流电机串液力偶合器的驱动方式不能满足大型输送机的工作要求的结论.
Provides a dynamic model of belt conveyor and studies its starting process. It gives the accurate input characteristics of the driving units and tests the correctness of the numerical simulation results by experiment. A conclusion is drawn that the driving method of the AC motor in cooperating with hydraulic coupling can't satisfy the requirements of the belt conveyor.
