摘要
针对程序构造技术例题程序库ＰＣＴＥＰＬ的功能和结构，给出了系统的ＰＡＤ图和算法，指出了实现ＰＣＴＥＰＬ的主要技术和使用方法．实践表明，ＰＣＴＥＰＬ不仅是一个学习高级语言、程序构造的有效工具，还是一个实用的教学辅助软件．
The function and structure of PCTEPL are introduced,the PAD diagram and arithmetic are provided,and main techniques and methods used for realizing PCTEPL are given.It is shown that PCTEP is not only a useful tool for studying high level language and structuring program,but also a practical aided instructions software. \ \
