摘要
利用模糊数学的方法对管理人员的行为进行综合分析与评估.对各种影响工作的因素及工作内容进行分析,尽可能减少人为的因素对管理人员工作评估产生的影响,真实地反映管理人员的成绩,并可对不同性质管理人员行为进行比较,具有很广泛的实用性.
Fuzzy mathematics method is used in comprehensive evaluation and analysis of actions of administrative personnels.All kinds of factors influencing working and contents of work are analyzed to minimize man-made factors influencing the evaluation and to reflect the true progress of the personnels.The method presented can be used in comparation of administrative personnels of different working quality and has very general application. \ \
