摘要
在缺水地区，随着工农业的发展，用水矛盾日益尖锐，节约用水则是缺水地区发展的必由之路。本文从节水灌溉概念出发，结合晋祠灌区的实际情况，在对各种节水措施分析的基础上，为晋祠灌区的发展提供了一条可持续发展的道路。
With industry and agriculture developing,the contradiction between water resource and user of water is outstanding in the arid districts.Saving water is a way in these areas.This paper proposes a continuously developing way for Jinci irrigation district from the idea of saving water and the reality.
