摘要
介绍了质量管理体系在煤质管理中的科学有效运用,指出其严密、系统、科学有效的管理方法可以改善企业的思维模式和管理水平,使职工一切以"顾客为关注焦点"作为出发点,有利于提升管理绩效。
Scientific and effective application of quality management system in coal quality management was introduced in this paper. It was pointed that rigorous, systematic, scientific and effective management methods could improve enterprise＇s thinking mode and management level, which .would help to improve the management performance.
