摘要
目的通过单独补充叶黄素、大豆甙元、卵磷脂以及三者联合补充,以观察它们对小鼠体内抗氧化体系的影响。方法采用灌胃方法,各组持续给予受试物6周。取小鼠血清、肝组织以及脑进行与抗氧化相关的生化检验。结果单独以及联合补充均能提高小鼠血清、脑以及肝组织中谷胱甘肽还原酶(GSH-Px)的活力,其中单独补充叶黄素能显著增加小鼠血清中GSH-Px活力(P<0.05),联合补充能显著增加肝组织中GSH-Px活力(P<0.01),且体现出一定的联合协同效应。单独以及联合补充均能提高小鼠血清、脑以及肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,只有联合补充能显著提高血清以及肝组织中SOD活力(P<0.05),但在各组中均体现出一定的联合协同效应。单独以及联合补充均能降低小鼠血清、脑以及肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量。其中单独补充叶黄素能显著降低小鼠血清中MDA含量(P<0.05),单独补充大豆甙元能显著降低小鼠脑和肝组织中MDA含量(P<0.05),单独补充卵磷脂能显著降低小鼠脑和血清中MDA含量(P<0.05),联合补充对小鼠血清、脑以及肝组织中MDA含量均能显著降低(P<0.01),且在血清和脑组织中体现出一定的联合协同效应。单独以及联合补充均能显著提高小鼠大脑神经细胞膜脂流动性(P<0.05)。结论补充叶黄素、大豆甙元及卵磷脂能明显改善小鼠体内抗氧化体系、脂质代谢以及大脑神经细胞膜脂流动性。
Objective By supplying lutein, daidzein, lecithin lonely or three combination for mouse, to observe the effect on antioxidation system in vivo of mouse. Methods By the method of gastric perfusion to mouse, to give test materials continuely for 6 weekes. Then all the blood serum, liver tissue and brain of mouse were carried on biochemical test relative to antioxidation system. Results GSH-Px activities of blood serum, brain and liver tissue were all improved by oral administration lonely and combination, of which the GSH-Px activity of blood serum could be increased obviously by oral administration lutein lonely( P 〈 0.05 ), and of liver tissue could be increased obviously by oral administration three combination( P 〈 0. 01 )and there was some extent cooperation of the three components. SOD activities of blood serum, brain and liver homogenate were all improved by oral administration lonely and combination, only were SOD activities of blood serum and liver tissue increased obviously( P 〈 0.05 ), but there were some extent cooperation of the three components in various tissues. MDA contents of blood serum, brain and liver homogenate were all decreased by oral administration lonely and combination, of which the MDA content of blood serum was decreased significantly by oral administration lutein( P 〈 0.05), of brain and liver tissue were decreased significantly by oral administration daidzein, of blood serum and brain tissue were decreased significantly by oral administration lecithin ( P 〈 0.05 ), of blood serum, brain and liver tissue were decreased significantly by oral administration three combination( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), and there were some extent cooperation of the three components in blood serum and brain tissue. Brain neuron membrane fluidity was aU ameliorated significantly by oral administration lonely and three combination( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Antioxidation system in vivo of mouse, lipid metabolism and brain neuron membrane fluidity can be ameliorated notably by supplying lutein, daidzein, lecithin or three combination.
