测定草珊瑚中硒含量的方法研究

Studies on the Methods of Determinating Seleuium Content in Glabrous Sarcandra (Sarcandra Glabra)

该文研究用萃取荧光法、萃取光度法、原子吸收光谱法分别测定草珊瑚中硒的含量．三种方法的测定结果较相近，均有较好的准确性和精密度，方法简单易行．测定结果表明，草珊瑚中硒含量较丰富，与草珊瑚的药用功效有较好的相关性．

In the paper,selenium content in Glabrous sarcandra has been determined with the three methods,namely,extraction fluorescence spectrophotometry, extraction spectrophoto metry and atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The determined results are very close,and these methods are simple and feasiable.The data obtained show that there are rich selenium in Glabrous sarcandra,which has a direct bearing on the Glabrous sarcandra's good medicine efficency.
