Study on strategy to systemizing enterprise′s social responsibility in our country

企业社会责任已经成为社会广泛关注的问题,如何实现并完善企业社会责任制度化目前已成为社会各界研究的热点。企业社会责任制度化就是要把与企业利益关系密切的责任和直接关系社会利益的社会责任法制化、制度化,从法律法规、职能机构、监督机制等方面加强建设,使企业在正常运营的同时实现相应的社会责任。

The enterprise＇s social responsibility has become the problem paid wide attention by the society. At present, how to realize and perfect the systemization of enterprise＇s social responsibility has become the hot research issue in all the circles of the society. The systemization of enterprise＇s social responsibility is to make responsibilities which are close to enterprise＇s interests as well as social responsibilities which are related with social interests direct,legalization and systemization, to strengthen construction from the aspects of law, regulation, functional institution, supervision mechanism, to make enterprise realize corresponding social responsibility during normal operation.
