摘要
从力学观点分析了用锌基钎料钎焊2090Ce铝锂合金时钎焊接头的拘束强化效应。研究发现,钎焊接头受力时,钎缝的拘束应力状态与双边半圆缺口平板中的应力状态相类似。据此,在一定范围内建立了钎缝间隙与接头强度间的定量关系,从而为通过控制钎缝间隙提高接头强度提供了依据。
The constrained strength effect on the 2090Ce AlLi alloy (different from ASTM 2090 AlLi alloy) brazed joint was analysed from the point of view of mechanics. It was found that when force was applied to the joint the restraint stress distribution of brazed joint was similar to that of bilateral semicircle gap flat (Fig.1). Thus, quantitative relationship between clearance and strength of the joint, eq.(4), was established within the limits of joint gap size h ≥0.05 mm. Eq.(4) may provide a method to improving the strength of brazed joint through controlling the joint gap.
