摘要 姑息护理团队是由多学科专业人员所组成,社会工作影响姑息护理质量,社会工作在姑息护理过程中具有评估和咨询、家属的情感支持、团队支持与协商、资源整合运用和教育、倡导、培训和发展作用。 Palliative care group is composed of multidisciplinary professional staffs. Social work can affect the quality of palliative care. Social work plays important roles in the process of palliative care including assessment and consultation,emotional support of family members,group support and negotiation,resources integration applying and education, advocacy, training and development.
