摘要 microRNA(miRNA)是一类约21~25个核苷酸的非编码小RNA分子,功能复杂,主要通过碱基互补配对导致靶基因mRNA的降解或翻译抑制。miRNA具有进化保守性、组织特异性和表达时序性,从而决定组织和细胞的功能特异性。miRNA在中枢神经系统中含量丰富,在神经系统的发育及可塑性中发挥重要作用,并且与神经系统有关疾病的发生发展密切相关。 MicroRNAs (miRNAs) , an abundant class of small non-coding RNAs, have the intricate functions and mainly cause the degeneration and translational suppression of the target mRNA by base complementary pairing. Conservatism, tissue specificity and time-ordered in expression are the obvious characteristics of miRNA and by which miRNA to determine the function specificity of tissues and cells, miRNAs are abundant in the central nervous system where they play important roles in the neuronal development and plasticity. Moreover, the relationship between miRNA dysfunction and neurological diseases become more and more apparent.
