以“学能”为核心的学生学业多元评价探索

摘要 上海外国语大学附属大境中学是上海市首批实验性、示范性高级中学,学校坚持“引领学生更好发展”的办学理念,多年来从事评价改革,构建和完善高中学生学业多元评价体系,发掘学生的潜能,发挥学生的特长,促进他们提高,引领他们成长。学校根据学生特点制定评价计划,目的明确、手段多元、注重激励;以“学分评价+成绩评价+学能评价”相结合的学生学业多元评价,全面整体反映学生学习经历、知识和技能、过程与方法以及情感态度价值观方面的表现。同时,学校完善评价管理机制,由教导处和教研组长组成的学校评价管理小组,负责实施学生学业多元评价,指导班主任、任课教师及其他相关层面协同完成评价全过程。 Shanghai DaJing High school Affiliated to SISU is one of the first experimental and demonstrative senior high schools in Shanghai. It has persistently pursued the principal of "lead the students to have a better development". For the past few years it has taken a successful evaluation system reform. It has set up and improved its multi -evaluation system in order to explore students' potential, display their special skills and help them to have a better development. Our school has established an evalutation system according to the students features. The evaluation system is aimed to motivate and encourage students using a variety of evaluation methods. It includes credit evaluation, performance evaluation and learning ability evaluation which give a comprehensive reflection of students' learning experience, academic performance, learning process, learning methods and their attitudes and value. At the same time, our school is improving the evaluation management system. The deans and heads of the departments make up the management group, which is in charge of the implementation of the multi - evaluation. It also instructs the class teachers and other teachers to cooperate with the relevant departments to accomplish the evaluation process.
