摘要
通过试验，确定了镶铸截齿的组织和性能相互影响规律，特别是冲击性能和耐磨性的关系．采用镶铸工艺，使硬质合金与截齿体产生熔合层，解决了硬质合金与截齿体间的联接问题．
The re1ationship between structure and properties, especially compact tough-ness and wear resistance, of cutting picks is investigated thr0ugh experiment in this paper.By means of cast- in process, a fussion layer is formed between the hard metal inserted andthe matrix. Therefore, the problem existing in the combination 0f hard metal and matrix issolved.
