摘要
目的:探讨Pilon骨折临床特点及外科治疗方法。方法:分析手术治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型Pilon骨折共35例,采用Mazur等制定的踝关节症状与功能评分系统评分并进行了10～25个月(平均18个月)的随访。结果:采用Mazur评分系统评估手术疗效,优16例,良12例,中5例,差2例,优良率80%。结论:恰当的手术时机、切开复位钢板固定是治疗Ⅱ和Ⅲ型Pilon骨折的有效治疗方法。
Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics of pilon fractures and surgical treatment. Methods： Analysis of surgical treatment Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅲ--Pilon fracture , 35 cases ,used MAZUR ankle joint symptoms and function scoring system, 10-25 months （an average of 18 months） followed up. Results： The scoring system used MAZUR assessment of the efficacy of surgery, 16 cases of excellent, good in 12 cases,relief in 5 and poor in 2 cases, the fine rate of 80%. Conclusion： The appropriate time for surgery, open reduction and plate fixation is effective treatment of Type Ⅱ and Ⅲ fractures Pilon.
