摘要
目的:探讨3-硝基丙酸(3-nitropropionicacid,3-NPA)预处理对肢体缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法:采用大鼠右后肢缺血再灌注模型,将30只实验大鼠随机分为假手术组、对照组、3-NPA组。测定各组血清磷酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙二醛(MDA)变化,观察腓肠肌组织学及超微结构变化。结果:对照组和3-NPA组血清CPK、LDH、MDA与假手术组相比明显升高(p<0.05);3-NPA组各指标与对照组相比显著降低(p<0.05)。结论:3-硝基丙酸预处理对肢体骨骼肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
Objective. To investigate the effect of 3-nitropropionic acidpreconditioning on i schemia-reperfusion injury of skeletal muscle in ratlimbs. Methods. Ischemi a reperfusion the hind limb was set up, and 30 rats were randomly divided into three groups.Sham group, Ischemia reperfusion control group and 3-NPA group. The degree of muscle damage was measured by changes of MDA, CPK, LDH in plasma and the microstructure of gastrocnemius muscle were observed. Result. The degree ofplasma MDA, CPK, LDH in control group and themicrostructure of gastrocnemius muscle in 3-NPA group was Significantly improved compared with control group. Conclusion: 3-nitropropionic acid preconditioning has a protective effect on the skeletal muscle isdlemiareperfus injury.
