摘要
对工程上近期出现的直动式锥形溢流阀进行了静动态分析,通过稳定工作时阀芯受力平衡,建立了流量压力方程,绘出了Q一P曲线,得出了该阀较直动式圆柱形溢流阀调压偏差小,开启比大的结论,并说明了原因;又用功率键合图,建立了动态特性的数学模型,采用四阶龙格──库塔法、定步长,在微机上进行了动态过程仿真,并自动地打印出动态过程的压力和阀的位移曲线,找出了影响动态过程品质的主要因素,和阀芯移动时的阻尼.对直动式锥形溢流阀的优化设计和正确使用具有参考价值.
present the hydrostatic and hydrodynamic characteristics of the directmoving cone spillway valve which was put into use recently. Based on the force equilibriumof the core, the formula about flow vs pressure is set up, Q-P curves are plotted.
