The costimulatory molecule 4-1BB and rheumatoid arthritis

摘要 共刺激分子4-1BB及其配体4-1BBL属于肿瘤坏死因子超家族成员,为、T细胞的活化、增殖提供第二信号,并可促进细胞因子的分泌。类风湿性关节炎(RA)是一种慢性系统性自身免疫性疾病,已证实T细胞功能的偏移及细胞因子表达异常在RA的免疫炎症损伤的发生发展过程中起着重要作用,而4-1BB作为RA发病机制中的关键性因素已成为目前研究的热点,通过干预4-1BB/4—1BBL信号途径对RA进行免疫治疗也已是当前的研究方向。 Costimulator molecules 4-1BB and its ligand 4-1BBL belong to the TNF super family. They provide the second signal for the activation and proliferation of T lymphocytes and increase some cytokine .production. It was discovered that disturburance of T cells and the related eytokine secretion participated in the immunopathologie process of rheumatic arthritis ( RA ) , a common chronic systemic autoimrnune disease. 4-1BB/4-1BBL' s dual immunoregnlative effects were currently studied in many research papers. Thus the immune internvention of the 4-1BB /4-1BBL signal is becoming a theraputie approach for various kinds of diseases. In this paper ,we discuss about their biologic and constructive effects on the pathogeneis, diagnosis and treatment of RA.
