摘要
转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)是一类具有多种生物学效应的细胞因子。正常情况下,TGF-β以无活性的潜伏态形式合成分泌,且必须在某种机制下活化才能发挥其生物学作用。近年来研究发现,TGF-β在体内主要以两种途径活化:蛋白水解途径及非蛋白水解途径,需要多种细胞内蛋白参与,其中血小板反应素-1(TSP—1)和αv族整合素的作用尤其重要。因而进一步了解TGF-β的活化机制有利于从分子水平上开辟新的研究方向及TGF-β的生物学应用。
Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) is a kind of muhipotent cytokines. Normarly, TGF-β is secreted as inactive form. To exert its biological functions, it needs to be activated under certain mechanisms. Reserches have shown that TGF-β is mainly activated through two pathways in vivo: proteolysis and non-proteolysis. Many intracellular proteins are involved in the activation of TGF-β. TSP-1 and αv integrins are especially important, Further understanding the mechanisms of TGF-β activation may be beneficial to the finding of new research fields and the application of TGF-β.
