结合非胶原性黏合蛋白的病原菌黏附素的研究进展

摘要 病原菌感染宿主细胞一般都依赖细菌表面的特定分子(黏附素)与胞外基质的相互作用来实现最初的吸附过程,其中细菌结合非胶原性黏附蛋白的黏附素分子主要包括两类:与纤连蛋白结合的细菌纤连蛋白结合蛋白以及与层黏连蛋白结合的层黏连蛋白结合蛋白。此文重点介绍了这两类黏附素的分子特点以及在感染过程中所起的作用。 The adherence and colonization of the pathogenic bacteria to the host cells depend on the interaction between bacterial adhesion and extracellular matrix. There are two kinds of adhesions that interplay with the fibrin. One is fibronectin attachment protein (FAP) and the other is laminin binding protein (LBP). In this article, the characteristics of these two kinds of adhesions are summarized briefly, particularly about their roles in bacterial infection.
