摘要
研究了在六次甲基四胺介质和硫代硫酸钠存在的条件下,微量铑阻抑荧光素与Fe2+和Tween-80褪色反应的新指示反应及其测定条件,建立了动力学光度法测定微量铑的新方法。此方法灵敏度为2.1×10-9g/ml,测定范围为0.01~0.30mg/L.
The paper studies the new indicated reactions that micro rhodium can inhibit the discoloration reactions of flourescein with Fe 2+ and Tween-80 as well as their measurement conditions, in the presence of hexamethl tetramine medium and sodium thiosulfate. And then a new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of micro rhodium is proposed. The determination of Rhodium ranges from 0.01 to 0.3 mg/L, with the sensitivity being 2.1×10 -9 g/ml .
