城市教育投资与经济发展关系的一个动力学模型

A Dynamics Model on the Relationship between Municipal Education Investment and Economy Growth in China

本文提出了一个简单的动力学模型，用它来刻画我国同一时期、不同经济发展水平城市的教育投资与财政收入之间的内在联系，并用动力学模型分析方法研究了我国城市教育投资与经济发展的关系问题。通过与统计数据比较分析，发现结果符合得很好，并且给出了有关政策性的建议。

The paper proposes a simple dynamics model with which the inside connection is described between the municipal education investments and the financial revenues at different levels of the economy growths, but at the same period in China. Applying the dynamics model analysis method, the study is made of the relations between our cities ′ education investments and the economy growth, morever, through a comparision with the statistical data as well as their analyses, the result in compliance is found good. Again, suggestions concerning with policy are presented in this paper.
