摘要
研究了在石英晶体电极上微滴血的血凝过程.测定了在血凝过程中压电响应的特征曲线,提出了描述血凝过程的特征压电能参数.系统地研究了温度、湿度、滴加血量、位置、晶体频率等外部条件和红细胞压积、贫、富血小板血浆等血液组成,对血凝压电响应的影响.
A blood coagulation process on a quartz crystal electrode with a mini dropblood was studied.The characteristic curves of the piezoelectric responses were recorded during a coagulation process.The description of a coagulation process was provided by a set of characteristic parameters of the piezoelectric responses.The effects of external conditions,e.g.,temperature,humidity,amount and position of a blood drop on an electrode,crystal frequency,and blood composition,e.g.,hematocrit,platelet with rich or poor plasma,on the piezoelectric responses were investigated systematically.
