摘要
本文提出一种用于炼铁高炉内部情况无损检测的新方法——高炉CT方法.结合炼铁高炉的具体情况,提出了适应高炉特殊环境的数据采集方案.针对高炉生产过程中软融带的实际情形,提出了不同的理论模型,采用不同的数学处理方法进行了高炉炉料分布的模拟计算,证明能检测炉料分布的轴对称性程度等重要情况,得到了比较满意的结果.
In this paper we put forward a new method, Blast Furnace CT, for obtaining the internal condition in iron smelting furnace with nondestructive test. According to the special circumstances, we present a data acquisition scheme. After having proposed several theoretical models, suitable for the real condition in soft melt zone, we use several mathematic methods to simulate the axial symmetric distributions of the furnace charge. The result is quite encouraging.
