摘要
为了明确指尖密封结构参数对其固有频率的影响规律和程度,本文依据正交试验设计理论对影响指尖密封固有特性的结构参数进行科学组合,利用ANSYS对各组参数分别建立循环对称模型,进行循环对称模态分析,并借助极差分析法处理结果,得到了结构参数对固有频率影响的趋势图和影响主次顺序。最后,分析了指尖片数目对指尖密封固有特性的影响。
In order to reveal the influence of structural parameters of a finger seal on its natural frequency, we integrated these parameters according to orthogonal experimental design, and created a three-dimensional model and made a cyclic modal analysis by ANSYS. Then, we processed the result data by rescaled range analysis and obtained the trend lines and the sensitivity of structural parameters to the natural frequency. Finally, we analyzed the influence of the number of finger seal lamination on the natural frequency. The results of this paper provide a valuable reference to dynamic analysis and optimization of a finger seal.
