Displacement Sensor of Rolling Grating

本文介绍作者研制的一种新型位移传感器——滚动光栅位移传感器，它能在线测量一些特殊的长度量（如非圆物体的周长，眼镜镜片的当量直径等参数）；较为详细地分析了该传感器的结构设计、可靠性设计，并通过理论分析和实验证明该传感器能达到较高的测量精度．

A kind of new displacement sensor(displacement sensor of rolling grating) is developed and is reported in this paper. It can measure some special length parameters(non circle object circumference, spectacleslens dismeter recognized and so on). The design and characteristics of sensors structure are analysed carefully. Experimental results and analysis show that the sensor has reached high measurement precision and repetition.
