斜齿轮传动性能模拟与分析

摘要 设计了提出渐开线圆柱齿轮传动特性模拟计算程序,并用其不同螺旋角的几对斜齿轮进行对比验证,定量地分析了螺旋角对齿根应力的影响。从而提出螺旋角的最佳选择范围。建立一整套对同类问题分析研究的方法和程序系统,它可以代替大量的实验,从而节省设备与时间。 The paper proposes a calculation program analogous to the driving performance given by the involute cylindrical gear. Both the verification and the comparison are made to several pairs of bevel gears hving different helix angles. The quantitative analyses are carried out to see how the helix angle affects the tooth root stress respectively. Therefrom, the optimum range of the helix angles to be selected is suggested, upon which both the research and the analysing method as well as the program system are established for the similar sort of problems concerned. This method and this system can substitute a lot of tests, saving time and Lessening the use of equipment. (Received on Apr.24, 1997)
