摘要 通过对泵—缸式液压回路在换向阀换向时产生的液压冲击的分析,表明液压缸回油管路中的液压冲击是由油液的惯性力和负载的惯性力共同作用的结果,在此基础上提出了液压缸回油管路中液压冲击的增压压力计算公式,结果可为液压系统和管路的防振减噪设计提供参考。 Through analysis of the hydraulic shock produced in the course of reversing of the reversing valve used in the cylinder pump circuit pump, the paper shows that this hydraulic shock in the return oil pipe in the hydraulic cylinder is the result from the mutual effect due to the oil inertial force and the loading inertia force. Based on this case, it presents a formula to calculate the pressure pressurized in the hydraulic shock happened to the return oil pipe of the hydraulic cylinder. The consequence can be available for reference in shakeproof and noise reduction design in the hydraulic system and pipe.
