车削加工中心切削颤振的预报控制 被引量:1

The Predictive Control of Cutting Chatter at theCenter of Turning Process

摘要 讨论了车削加工中心切削颤振的预报控制方法。在充分研究车削加工中心振动信号变化规律的基础上,提出了用特征参数Pα作为切削颤振的预报参数,并进行了有监测切削和无监测切削效果对比试验。试验结果表明,在线监控对提高车削加工中心的稳定性具有非常明显的效果。 The predictive control of cutting chatter at the center of turning process is mainly discussed in this paper.On the basis of making a full study of varying regularity of vibration signal at the center of turning process the characteristic parameter Pα is presented as the predictive parameter.The experiment of contrasting online monitor with non online monitor is made.The result shows that the online monitor control will brings the stability of turning process center into a striking effect.
