摘要
采用刚塑性有限元法对镦粗过程中的圆柱锻件内孔洞缺陷进行了数值分析,并研究了摩擦条件对锻件内孔洞闭合的影响。模拟结果与实验结果对比表明,锻件压下量e%与孔洞变形程度b/a的关系曲线趋于一致,从而为应用有限元法指导锻件的设计提供了依据。
This paper simulates upsetting process of the hole defect in forging with rigidplastic finite element method.The effects of friction condition on closing the hole has also been investigated. Experiments prove that the curves of the reduction ratio e% and the holes deformation degree b/a are very close.It provides basis for improving the technological design of this kind of forging by finite element method
