Some Problems in the Students Administration

针对高等院校学生管理工作领域存在的一些问题，论述了在调动积极性，队伍建设、管理尺度、管理对象和管理方法等方面应处理好的若干关系；并对实施学分制以后如何进一步做好学生管理工作，提出了一些新的设想。

An introduction is given to some problems in the fields of college student administration, relations among the enthusiasm arousing, battalions strenthening,administrative yardstick,objective and methods. How to further improve student administration work after practising the credit system is taken into new consideration.
