摘要
当树型分支电网的某一点发生断线兼线地短路时,在只限于起端电压、电流可测的条件下,故障诊断的关键是区分真、伪故障点。真故障点的固有特征是故障位置诊断值误差与故障相及两非*故障相起端电压、电流相位差的偏差量均成正比。根据此规律,可对各等效短路点进行特征提取和特征识别,正确识别真故障,计算机仿真结果说明了故障点特征识别定位法是有效的。
The effects of phase measuring errors on fault resistances of tree-type distribution line when line break with short-circuit have been investigated. The fault position is directly proper- tional to the deviation of phase measuring of fault line and two non-fault lines at the begining of the tree-type distribution line. According to the mathematical relationships, the real one can be distinguished from the false faults after the feature selection when the measuring errors exist.
