An Evaluation Model of Projectile Total Effectiveness

该文给出了弹药总体效能的评价体系，引入了效用函数对评价指标进行统一量化，并给出了适用于弹药系统的效用函数方程；给出了以贴近度为评价基准的评价模型，该模型能很好地反映系统各指标属性的综合水平。在计算指标权重上，提出了以反映指标重要度为主并考虑指标的敏感性和相容性的指标权重计算方法，使得决策者更容易判断，向量的计算更为合理。

The evaluation system of projectile total effectiveness is given in this paper. The effect function is introduced to quantitate the evaluation objects. The function equation is given to fit the projectile system. The evaluation model based on near degree of conceptual design to idea design is built, and the model can report the total level of all evaluation objects. As to calculating the weights of objects, the method mentioned took account both sensitivity and allowableness of objects. Its easy for the decision maker to make judgements, and the vector calculation became more rational.
