分段外剥内扎肛门成形术联合局部消痔灵注射治疗环状混合痔疗效分析

Therapeutical Analysis on the Combined Procedure of Anoplasty of Segmental External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation and Local Injection of Xiaozhiling in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为了克服传统环状混合痔手术治疗后遗症多、手术次数多、肛门功能障碍及易复发等缺点，对200例环状混合痔患者采用分段外剥内扎肛门成形术联合消痔灵利多卡混合液注射治疗。结果显示，术后肛门保持原形，无痛苦、出血少、恢复快，未发生肛门失禁、肛门狭窄、黏液溢漏、黏膜外翻、畸形等严重后遗症，无复发。

For the objective of overcome the disadvantages after operation of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids such as more sequela, multi-frequency operation, and dysfunction and easy recurrence, two hundred patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids underwent the combined therapy of anoplasty of segmental external dissection ＆ internal ligation and local injection of the mixture of Xiaozhiling and lidocaine. As results, this combined procedure is proved to be a success in terms of maintainance of anal shape and function,no notable complications and no recurrence.
