切开引流法治疗肛周脓肿78例临床观察

Therapeutical Effect of Incision and Drainage Therapy in the Treatment of Perianal Abscess：Analysis of 78 Cases

为探讨切开引流法治疗肛周脓肿的效果．对78例肛周脓肿采用切开引流法治疗，并进行远期随访。结果显示，低位肛周脓肿均一次治愈，治愈率100％，平均治愈时间18．5d。高位肛周脓肿一次治愈10例，治愈率90．9％，平均治愈时间19．8d。术后随访1～4年无复发。结果表明．切开引流法治疗肛周脓肿，只要方法得当、引流充分，同样会取得满意疗效。

Seventy eight patients with perianal abscess underwent the procedure of incision and drainage so as to investigate the efficacy of this procedure. As results,primary cure and 100% cure rate were achieved in all the patients with low perianal abscess,and the average treatment time in this group was 18.5 days; while primary cure was achieved in 10 cases,the cure rate was 90.9% and the average treatment time was 19.8 days in patients with high perianal abscess. Postoperative follow up was made for 1-4 years and no recurrence happened. It is concluded that incision and drainage therapy can also ensure a better therapeutic results in the treatment of perianal abscess, so far as the procedure is correct and the drainage in thorough.
