摘要
以现有国内外项目管理模式为基础,分析当前水运项目建设的现状和特点,研究不同项目管理模式在水运工程建设领域中的应用。通过问卷调查,结合层次分析法和模糊判断矩阵建立管理模式选择的决策模型。
The situation and characteristics of present water transportation construction projects are analyzed,and the application of different project management models in the field of water transportation construction is studied based on the existing domestic and foreign project management models.Through a questionnaire survey,and with AHP-fuzzy Matrix,this paper establishes a decision-making model for the management model selection.
