摘要
现代物流企业价值评估是专业资产评估机构对现代物流企业的整体经济价值进行判断、估计的过程。物流企业价值是物流企业各种要素质量和企业能力的综合反映,它的价值取决于企业整体获利能力和未来的预期收益,并非单个资产价值的简单相加。本文将结合我国物流企业价值评估的难点,探讨我国物流企业价值评估方法,对我国物流企业的价值评估模型的构建展开分析,最终明确我国物流企业价值估价的目的。
Modem logistics enterprise value assessment is the process to determine and estimate the overall economic value of modem logistics enterprises by a professional asset evaluation institution. Logistics enterprises value are the comprehensive reflection of the various dements quality and enterprise capabilities of logistics enterprises, its value depends on the overall profitability and expected future earnings, not a single simple sum of the value of the assets. This paper will combine the difficulty of the value assessment of Chinese logistics enterprises to explore the value assessment methods of Chinese logistics enterprises. It will analyze construction of value assessment model of Chinese logistics enterprises, and ultimately clear the purposes of value assessment of Chinese logistics enterprises.
