双通道偏光检测全息干涉计量术

A TWO_CHANNEL MEASURING SYSTEM USING POLARIZATION PROPERTY IN HOLOGRAPHIC INTERFEROMETRY

摘要 采用正弦光栅调制参考光对物体各个状态进行记录,在再现检测时设计了一种偏振片编码两束重现参考光,两个通道的探测系统,对全息图的再现实现了两个采样值的同时记录,因而实现了动态测量以及三维测量.该系统装置简便,测量精确,数据处理简单、快捷. A two_channel measuring system has been designed by using stroboscopic pulse and sinusoidal grating to record multiple holograms. In this system polarizers are used to encode two representing reference beams so that the two samples can be received simultaneously. Based on this system, both the dynamic measurement and the three_dimension measurement are realized. The reliability of the proposed system has been verified by experimental results.
