摘要
针对上海实达精密不锈钢有限公司生产钢筘用精密不锈钢带存在浪形问题,对浪形的产生进行了分析,并提出了相应措施,使板形缺陷钢带从20多吨/批,基本下降为0。
In view of existing wave defect of precision stainless steel strip, the causes were anlyzed. Meanwhile, the countermeasures were put forwarod and the rate of defects strip decreased from over 20 tons per lot to zero.
