介绍了莱芜钢铁股份有限公司大H型钢生产线的产品方案、生产工艺、主要设备及其特点,以及该生产线采用的异形连铸坯、热送热装、CCS^(?)万能轧机、X—H^(?)轧制法、CRS^(?)辊式矫直机、长尺冷却-长尺矫直等先进技术。
The technology and equipment characteristics of heavy H-beam production line of Laiwu Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. were introduced. Some new techiques, such as adopting beam blank,hot delivery and hot charge,X-H rolling method,CRS roller straightening machine,long length cooling and straightening, ect. , were introduced too .
