太空环境对玉米干籽粒诱变效果初探

摘要 利用返回式卫星搭载技术,对目前中国玉米育种主要种质在太空环境中的诱变效果进行了初步研究。结果表明:太空环境对不同种质的诱变效果存在差异;经过太空环境处理后种子当代的出苗及苗势未受明显影响,处理后种子当代未发生明显变异。SP2出现多方向变异,变异频率因不同的优势群而不同。旅大红骨群变异频率最低,为0.0%~0.9%;黄改类较高,为1.1%~3.6%;瑞德类群变异频率居中,在经过太空处理的8份材料中,只有2份在SP2代出现了正向变异,频率为0.2%,其余材料未发现正向变异。 With the use of satellite technology, on the current major Chinese maize breeding germplasm in the space environment mutagenic effect of a preliminary study. The results showed that: the space environment on the mutagenic effects of different germplasm differences exist. After the space environment after treatment of seeds and seedling emergence of the contemporary trend is not obviously affected, after the seed treatment did not happen obviously contemporary variation. SP2 appears the direction of many variation, frequency variation due to different strengths and different groups. Brigades group variation of the frequency of red bone minimum of 0.0% - 0.9%, yellow to a higher category, in 1.1% - 3.6% variation of the frequency of the middle group Ruide. After treatment of 8 Space Materials, only 2 were in the SP2 on behalf of a positive variation of 0.2% in frequency, and the remaining material was found positive variation.
