摘要 采用单因子急性毒性实验法,研究水环境pH对中国林蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性效应,探讨蝌蚪对pH的适应能力,提高蝌蚪养殖效果及其雌性比例。结果表明,pH对蝌蚪96h存活率没有影响,其急性毒性效应的24h、48h、72h和96h半致死值(LpH50),碱性范围分别为10.30、10.15、10.01及9.94,酸性范围分别为3.92、4.07、4.11及4.15。中国林蛙蝌蚪对pH的适应范围为4.27-9.74,最高耐受限为10.73,最低耐受限为3.72。蝌蚪养殖及其雌性诱导的水环境pH宜控制在6.0-8.0。 Single-factor acute toxicity test was used to study the effect of aquatic environment with different PH on Chinese forest frog ( Rana chensinensis ), and discuss the adaptability of tadpoles to improve its culture efficiency and the percentage of female. The results show that PH has no effect on survival rate of tadpoles after 48hours late, the 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h LpH50 of tadpoles are 10.30,10.15,10.01 and 9.94 respectively in the range of alkalinity, there are 3.92,4.07,4.11 and 4.15 respectively in the acid range. The adaptation range of tadpoles to PH is 4.27-9.74, the highest limitation is 10.73, the lowest limitation is 3.72.The aquatic environment PH for culture of tadpoles and female induction should be controlled in the range of 6.0--8.0.
