摘要
草产品加工学既是草业科学专业必修课,又是培养具有草业产业化创新型高级人才的主干课程,所以对该课程教学方法的改革具有重大意义。多媒体教学具有与传统教学无可比拟的优越性,按照多媒体课件制作原则,将多媒体技术这一现代教学方法,引入草产品加工学课堂教学过程中,发挥其优势,可获得良好的教学效果。
As one of regular curriculum of Pratacultural Science, and that of core curriculum of training creative talent for pratactural industry, forage products processing has great significance on the reform for teaching method of the course. Multimedia teaching has incomparable superiority comparing to traditional teaching. According the execution rules of multimedia courseware, this modem teaching method was used in classroom teaching of forage products processing, fully exerting its advantage, the favorable teaching effects could be achieved.
