氯嘧磺隆对大豆根圈土壤3种酶活性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用人工气候室内盆栽试验方法,研究了氯嘧磺隆对大豆根圈土壤脲酶、磷酸酶和纤维素酶活性的影响。结果表明:氯嘧磺隆在大豆田低用量95ga.i./hm2条件下即会对大豆根圈土壤脲酶活性产生抑制作用,但随着氯嘧磺隆施药后时间的延长,脲酶活性的抑制作用得到解除;低用量氯嘧磺隆对磷酸酶活性表现为激活作用,并且在施药后的第7d和第14d磷酸酶活性与对照相比差异达极显著水平,但随着氯嘧磺隆施用量的增加,磷酸酶活性表现为降低规律,并且高剂量135ga.i./hm2氯嘧磺隆处理对磷酸酶活性的抑制作用直到第35d与对照差异仍达显著水平。氯嘧磺隆施用后28d内,随着氯嘧磺隆施用剂量的增加,对纤维素活性的激活作用显著增强。 A climate-control chamber was used for studying the effect of chlorimuron-ethyl on three soil enzyme activity in soybeen rhizosphere. The results showed that soil urase activity was noticeably inhabited in minimum dosage 95 ga.i./hm^2 and then with time prolong the inhabited urase activity gradually relieved. The phosphatase activity was activated all the time under the low chlofimuron-ethyl dosage 95 ga.i./hm^2 condition, the results of phosphatase activity in the 7th and 14th day was at markedly level compared with contrast. But with the dosage of chlorimuron-ethyl increasing, the phosphatase activity decreased and under condition of the high chlorimuron-ethyl dosage 135ga.i./hm^2, the inhabited phosphatase activity was at markedly level compared with contrast until 35 days. With the chlofimuron-ethyl dosage increasing, the cellulase activity elevated and was markedly higher than the contrast within 28 days after chlorimuron-ethyl was used.
