摘要
通过在全国各地采集的土壤、腐殖质、水体固形物、动物排泄物,采用醋酸钠-硫酸庆大霉素培养基分离获得多样性的苏云金芽胞杆菌(Bt)菌株,利用cry基因的PCR-RELP鉴定体系对菌株进行基因分析,并用SDS-PAGE方法获得高晶体含量的菌株,用生物测定方法筛选对不同靶标昆虫高毒力的菌株,现已分别获得对甜菜娥、斜纹夜娥、松毛虫、茶树害虫茶尺蠖、水稻螟虫、榆蓝叶甲高效的Bt天然菌株。通过对Bt生物多样性的研究,针对不同害虫,有目的选择不同特色Bt菌株用于防治,或有防效菌株交互使用,达到最佳防治目标或延缓害虫抗性。
Animals samples were taken from soils, composts, humie suhstances and excrement of different geographical and climate regions, and different Bt strains were isolated from samples with Sodium acetate-Gentamycin sulfate medium. By using of bioassay and PCR-RFL cry gene analysis method,7 nature Bt strains with high activity against different target insects were got, such as Spodoptera exigua, Spedoptera litura,Dendrelimus punctatus WIK,Eetropis obliqua, Chilo supperssalis and Pyrrhalta aenescens.The results could provide a new biological control method against different target insects by using different Bt strain.
