摘要
以小麦为供试作物,分别分析研究稀土元素La、Nd对小麦体内过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果表明:不论小麦的地上部分还是地下部分不同浓度的镧、钕对其体内2种酶活性的影响效果差异明显,当La、Nd溶液浓度为10mg/L时,小麦地上部分SOD、地上和地下部分POD活性达到最大值,而当Nd溶液浓度为5mg/L时,地下部分SOD活性达到峰值,且Nd对小麦体内酶的调节效应比La强烈。
