舟山地区26株嗜盐菌的系统发育分析 被引量:2

摘要 初步确定26株嗜盐菌的种属关系。从舟山地区近海和盐田的样品中提取DNA,对其16SrDNA序列PCR扩增和测序,并对其进行系统发育分析。系统发育分析结果表明,26个菌株分布在10个属。26株供试菌中,来自海水的分离株主要是Halomonas属中的成员,而来自盐田的分离株主要是Halobacillus中的成员。 [Objective] The research aimed to confirm the genus correlation among 26 strains of halophiles. [Method] The genomic DNA was extracted from 26 strains of halophiles isolated from different solar saltems and coasts located in Zhoushan Archipelago. PCR amplification and sequencing were made on its 16S rDNA sequences to make the phylogenetic analysis. [Result] The phylogenetic analysis results showed that 26 strains of halophiles could be divided into 10 genus. [Conclusion] Among 26 tested strains, the proportion of Halomona was highest from coasts, the proportion of Halobacillus was highest from solar saltems.
