蒺藜无性系建立的研究

摘要 对蒺藜芽的生长、分化、不定芽生根、试管苗移栽、扦插和移植进行了研究,建立起蒺藜的无性系。结果证明:1/2MS+BA0.2mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L是促进培养芽伸长生长的理想培养基;1/2MS+AgNO31.0mg/L+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L是生长芽分化培养的理想培养基;1/3MS+IAA0.2mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+蔗糖10g/L这一培养基是蒺藜试管苗生根培养的理想培养基;移植于山坡上的试管苗生长旺盛。 In the paper,the growth, differentiation, root regeneration from adventitious bud, tube-seedling transplanting, cutting and transplantation of buds of Tribulus terrester were studied, and its clones were established.The results showed that the optimum medium of buds elongation was 1/2MS + BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,the best medium of buds differentiation was 1/2MS+AgNO31.0 mg/L+BA0. 5mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L ,and the best medium for rooting culture of tube-seedling was 1/3MS+IAA0.2 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L+sucrose 10 g/L.
