温度对斑马鱼胚胎发育的影响研究 被引量:14

摘要 观察了不同温度(22℃、24℃、26℃、28℃、30℃、32℃)下斑马鱼受精卵的死亡率、孵化周期、孵化率等指标的变化规律。结果表明:在22-28℃范围内,随温度升高,死亡率逐渐降低;在28-32℃范围内,随温度升高,死亡率逐渐增高,28℃为斑马鱼胚胎发育的最适温度。该研究结果为丰富硬骨鱼类繁殖生理学提供参考资料。 Indexes such as death rate, hatch periods and hatch rate change when the fertilized eggs of zebrafish (Brachydanio rerio) were exposed in different temperature of 22℃,24℃ ,26℃ ,28℃ ,30℃ and 32℃ were studied. The results showed that between 22℃ and 28 ℃ the death rate reduced with the rise of the temperature, while between 28℃ and 32 ℃ the death rate raised with the rise of the temperature. The most suitable temperature for the embryonic development was 28 ℃. The results of this study can provide conference to enrich the reproductive physiology of teleosts.
