摘要
现时学界常将电子农务与农村电子政务这2个概念混淆使用,从这2个概念的定义和内涵出发,指出两者尽管在内容上和目标上有交叉重合之处,但在范围上和行为主体的强调上却有一定的差异而不可相互替代使用。
From the definition and connotation of ＂e-agriculture＂ and ＂e-government in rural areas＂, this paper points out that even though these two concepts and objectives on the content there is on cross-coincidence, but both in scope and behavior on the main emphasis on the differences, there must not be used as substitutes for one another.
